Become a CredAble Broker
As a Broker you will be playing a vital role in ensuring that individuals in receipt of Personal Budgets and Direct Payments are getting the best services possible to meet their needs. It will be important for you to be able to prove to potential customers that you have the right mix of skills and experience in order to carry out work on their behalf.
Credability has been designed by disabled and older people to enable brokers to prove that their services are competent and compliant - whether that service is paid or free.

Becoming accredited is basically a very simple process - we have a form which takes about 20 - 30 minutes to complete and you need to provide a few bits of information like CRB Checks, policies and procedures etc.
After you are accredited we have an annual quality assurance sysmtem which allows for us to identify strengths and weaknesses and make sure that disabled people are getting the best service possible.
Please find below the Provider application form which you can either complete electronically and return by email or print off and send in by post.
