Feedback



In order for providers to maintain the CredAbility mark they must demonstrate their continued commitment to providing quality services to disabled and older people.  The key to this is customer feedback.  By letting us know about your experience with service providers, you as the customer will continue to play an important role in the quality assurance system.  Your feedback will encourage good providers to keep up with best practice but it will also make us aware of problems that need to be addressed and serve as a warning to other potential customers. 

 

Feedback will be collected together and we can then either congratulate good providers on doing well or give those providers not doing so well assistance on how to improve. All feedback is completly confidential and your name will not be associated with any comments unless you feel it is appropriate.
